We will also selling the following items from Countryside Homes Model Homes & building supplies from Mighty Max Storage Units. Model Home items include: pictures, lamps, bedroom sets, living room furniture, wood desks, washers, dryers, refrigerators, electric ranges, desk chairs, coffee & end tables, chests of drawers, mattresses, gas grill, rocker, wicker furniture, front load washer & dryer, John Deere 110 riding mower.
- All units will be sold subject to lessee redemption.
- Units are sold as is.
- Payment is cash ONLY.
- A $25 cleaning deposit per unit will be charged at the conclusion of the auction, and will be refunded IF the unit is cleaned within 24 hours.
- All auctions are conducted in accordance with the Virginia Self-Service Storage Act.
- Held rain or shine.
- Not responsible in case of accident.
- Announcements on sale day supersede printed matter.
